The title of this blog comes from a Gaelic expression -"putting on the poor mouth"-which means to exaggerate the direness of one's situation in order to gain time or favour from creditors.
happy new year!!! it isn't quite 9pm here in new york- i sure hope 2009 will be better than the last 8 new years. my new year will begin january 20, 2009 at 12:00pm est. that's when bushco will be relegated to the dustbin of history- finally. i only wish they had been held accountable. sigh. maybe in 2009...
