The title of this blog comes from a Gaelic expression -"putting on the poor mouth"-which means to exaggerate the direness of one's situation in order to gain time or favour from creditors.

WW - Bear's Britches
The Acanthus in our garden. This week's entry for the Tuesday and Wednesday editions of Wordless Wednesday.
I have never seen that before. You must have one fantabulous garden. Mine is a little crunchy at the moment due to malfunctioning sprinklers and a smidge of neglect.......but that's summer holidays for you. Cheers
