The title of this blog comes from a Gaelic expression -"putting on the poor mouth"-which means to exaggerate the direness of one's situation in order to gain time or favour from creditors.

The character is caught here quite finely! That blonde of indeterminate gender on the previous one is less of a character, I would dare say.
Street parties can be fun. Some of my neighbours had a front garden party which was sort of open plan and involved a barbeque.
