The title of this blog comes from a Gaelic expression -"putting on the poor mouth"-which means to exaggerate the direness of one's situation in order to gain time or favour from creditors.

Artists at Versailles, 2008
It was meeting these artists, plus another artist plus a poet back in 2008 that sort of spurred me to improve my photography skills
