The title of this blog comes from a Gaelic expression -"putting on the poor mouth"-which means to exaggerate the direness of one's situation in order to gain time or favour from creditors.
Beautiful! There is so much elegance in flowers. The black and white even seem to accentuate it.
I love black and white. For flowers it gives the a more sombre feel I think
I particularly like the tulip - so elegant.
Wvw in monochrome its beauty comes through... well I think so!
Lovely textures, very elegant.
Thanks Cherie. I am pleased with the tulip but the bluebell a little less so.
The tulip is beautiful.... it looks almost burnished
It does doesn't it!
They're beautiful and I'm happy to imagine the colours.
