The title of this blog comes from a Gaelic expression -"putting on the poor mouth"-which means to exaggerate the direness of one's situation in order to gain time or favour from creditors.

I still have my black sleeveless top and red plastic DEVO hat.....I'm just biding the time until it all comes back into style.
I cannot believe it ever went out of fashion.. you should always be a spud girl (for me it's teh bikers jacket that has bee a constant for 25 years!)
