The title of this blog comes from a Gaelic expression -"putting on the poor mouth"-which means to exaggerate the direness of one's situation in order to gain time or favour from creditors.
I posted a w.w. pic of my littlest up in a big tree..We had talked about how it was talk like a pirate day...I think he was on his ship, someone about to "walk the plank!"
Is not-wench celebrating Sepetember 19, Jams? I mean not the not-cats, the not-wife. I hope she is honouring this day with the adequate words and phrases.
I didn't realize it was an Interenational Pirate Day... It took me 3 blogs to figure that one out. LOL. Anyhow, this morning, I took a boat from Martha's Vineyard back to Cape Cod... I didn't try to battle any other pirates of the Atlantic, though... Maybe I should have...
