WW - Cephalaria bud II
This week's entry for teh Tuesday and Wednesday edition of Wordless Wednesday.
For some reason it reminds me of a goose head. Perhaps the thin stem, large head, and scraggly feather-like hair do that.
Happy WW for the week!
BTW, you blog has something really slow for my computer to open. For a while it had gotten better, but now is worse again. Instead of seconds, it was minutes, almost five. ..
Outstanding photo. Is this a later shot of the one several posts down the page? Or is it a different individual at a later stage? In either case, it's terrific.
WOW-awesome shot! It looks so stark against the black background. Lovely. I had to look up what Cephalaria was, though--I'm not much of a flower buff--and it will be beautiful when it blooms, too!
I wonder what the flower would look like.
ReplyDeleteHappy WW!
That sure is a great photo!
ReplyDeleteGreat shot! I can never get good close-ups of insects or flowers. I need a better camera, and skills I think.
