Well the cast's off

and stratght away I found myself catching up on weeks of scratching! The operation looks to have been a success but I can hardly bend my knee, I can't raise my leG and my quadriceps feels morE like a blancmange than a muscle.

Now for lots of physiotherapy... Hiho

  4. At least you can see your leg again - must be a really pretty sight after all this time ;)
Just take things gently. You'll be back to normal in no time.

  8. Good news on one front but does that mean you now have to go back to work? Still I am sure you would rather have been at work than enduring all these past weeks.

  20. Ask the SWMBO to light some newspaper stuck between your toes when you are asleep. Guaranteed to have your leg pumping.
