Photohunt - Symbolic

The theme for this week's photo hunt is symbolic. This is the outside of  of the Shoah Memorial in Paris, The concrete facing is made into a Star of David patterns.

This is an old post where I have just changed the date. I had a notification that I have filled my Picasa storage limit... off to delete a load of lesser photos methinks!

  4. Great choice! By the way, when I reached my picsa limit, or came close, I started using photo buckets and flickr. They have a lot of free storage and you just copy the code in when preparing your post. Just a thought. Happy weekend.

I still have lots of free space with Picasa, but started to use flickr. For me it's very convenient. Easily shareable with FB too :)

I must ditto the first commenter.

  13. Didn't realize that until I read the explanation. Very beautiful.

I use very little storage because I downsize my pictures before posting them. But with another free gmail acct you get storage.. again. Just copy and paste, I guess. Deleting pics from Picasa will delete them from the posts.

    Happy weekend, at any rate.

  16. The pattern seems slightly skewed so that the Star of David seems to be leaning forward, symbolic of hope and progress! Just a thought! A great find!

Great photo. I must go to that memorial in person one day. I went to the Jewish Museum in Paris, that was very interesting.
