The title of this blog comes from a Gaelic expression -"putting on the poor mouth"-which means to exaggerate the direness of one's situation in order to gain time or favour from creditors.
A further confusion is the issue I wrestled with - is it the 3rd nephew Jams has shown us, or the 3rd picture of one of the two nephews we have seen? I think it's the 3rd photo of the first nephew.
That's quite a lot of ear jewellery. But, for a lady, the look in those eyes might work (but not for me, he may be glad to know).

Oh dur! Did I misread that? Did you mean nephew 3 as in nephew iii? I thought you were saying "nephew ill" (Nephew III!!)
