The theme for this week's photo hunt is painted. This is a photo of my partner (aka the not-wife). The original was rather under exposed so I manipulated the photo to brighten it. The effect was to make Shirley look as if half of her face was painted and the other not. Well that's how I see this photo!

ReplyDeleteShe's a beauty, that one.
ReplyDeleteNow that she is Knat!
ReplyDeleteOnce again repeating myself:
ReplyDeleteA good (!) shot, Jams.
From the – ahem: my – artistic view I consider the first Shirley the best of the three Shirleys, so far.
Very nice these but what's up? Have you dumped Tim? (and stop calling me Shirley (Ref: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0A5t5_O8hdA):)
ReplyDeleteVery nice, I like what you did to it and it does look partially painted. Hope you have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteIt expresses a discreet elegance and nobility.
ReplyDeleteThankyou.
ReplyDeleteOnce again I think I IS the best Sean but this has something that appeals
Haha Andrew, there will be more Tim and I hope Celena too in the coming weeks

ReplyDeleteThanks everyone. I am very pleased with this photo even if the first Shirley is better in many ways

ReplyDeleteWow she looks pretty and cool shot. Happy hunting.
ReplyDeleteDo you think I should get a prenup for when I marry my sweetheart (who I haven't seen in 10 years btw we broke up because we were both junkies only I couldn't stoppit)... I am going to be a multimillionaire bestselling novelist you see and don't want her just marrying me for my money. She can have every penny when I kick the can, of course
ReplyDeleteThanks Gengen. Gleds it my be a good idea if you become rich and famous!
ReplyDeleteLooks like you took a lot of time getting this picture.
ReplyDeleteCoffee is on
Hmm... I appreciate the artistic value, but I hope for your sake that you get an OK before publishing her pics ;-)
ReplyDeleteActually it's a beautiful photo Jams and I'm sure she loves it.
ReplyDeleteThat is a beautiful portrait. It does look like it's painted. I should try it. :)
