The title of this blog comes from a Gaelic expression -"putting on the poor mouth"-which means to exaggerate the direness of one's situation in order to gain time or favour from creditors.
I think perhaps Modigliani would approve of the pose and the phitograph. Beautiful, beautiful.

I left one last evening but I must have slipped with the 'word'. However, I do remember:I'm sure Modigliani would have loved the photo but would have preferred she be gracing the tomb of Picasso.
