The title of this blog comes from a Gaelic expression -"putting on the poor mouth"-which means to exaggerate the direness of one's situation in order to gain time or favour from creditors.

Neither Shirley nor Boris are over keen on having their photos taken
Haha! I really did laugh aloud, Jams. I happens that I like this shot very much, the way it shows/doesn't show Shirley and Boris.

I understand the people, but I provide the cats with food.
Maybe they are preparing for All Hallows Eve - Shirley going as ghost, and Boris as a Sphinx ...
