The title of this blog comes from a Gaelic expression -"putting on the poor mouth"-which means to exaggerate the direness of one's situation in order to gain time or favour from creditors.
THere were few dud Ted episodes. A couple from the first series and that one with Claire Gorgan playing the Sinead O Connor type were but on the whole Ted was brilliant
It is a classic episode! I stumbled on it on TV a while back and couldn't not watch the rest of it.
