The title of this blog comes from a Gaelic expression -"putting on the poor mouth"-which means to exaggerate the direness of one's situation in order to gain time or favour from creditors.
She certainly does have it good - better than she would have. She was a feral cat taken into foster care as a young adult along with her fiorst litter. The kittens were snapped up but nobody wanted her. SHe is a little timid at times but she has turned into a sweet loving and gentle cat.
