Rock Goddess and the Androids of Mu played the same bill at a concert at Southampton University in late 1981 (or it may have been early 82). If I remember rightly Rock Goddess were the support band and it was they who went on to have the greater success. This comes as no surprise to me!

What a mismatch

My Angel - Rock Goddess
I've always been a partial to a bit of HM. Rock Goddess made a minor splash in the 80s then faded away. I saw them at university (late 81 or early 82?) teamed with a band called the Androids of Mu.
