Alisher Usmanov. His moves to have Craig Murray's website taken down along with those belonging to Tim Ireland, Boris Johnson and Bob Piper (collateral damage so to speak) are being reported over the blogosphere. I will add my own piece shortly.In the meantime I think the least correct Russian description of Usmanov is:
