The title of this blog comes from a Gaelic expression -"putting on the poor mouth"-which means to exaggerate the direness of one's situation in order to gain time or favour from creditors.

Can you tell the difference between a computer programmer and a serial killer?
I know it's an oldie but it's still fun. Try it here. On the whole they look the same to me. I only got 5/10!
Fortunately my current IT job does not involve recruitment, but if the department expands and I have to do interviews I shall ask for a second opinion.
I'm safe! I got 9/10. I'd spot Hannibal Lechter at a progarmming conference they said. Phew.

ReplyDeleteThe scary things is I recognised a lot of the pictures as they came up (for the serial killers that is!).
OMG - I got 10/10! I recognized John Christie, but not the rest of them.
