The theme of this week's PhotoHunt is Hot. Mimi's been told she shouldn't go too near the fire, but does she listen? Does any cat listen to us, except when they think we say food???
Actually it's just sunlight reflecting off her fur, but it looks like she's glowing like embers!

ReplyDeleteTHanks everyone. Rest assured I would never put up a photo of an animal suffering. I have to make a confession. though. I did maipulate the light and ciolour levels to make the fire effect look a bit stronger than it really was.

ReplyDeleteLovely! I had a cat once (many years ago) who insisted on sleeping inside the fender and close to the bars of the coal fire. Nothing would stop her, and she was frequently singed.
ReplyDeleteShe certainly does glow on the inside Beaman! She is disabled (she has Cerebellar Hypoplasia) but she is a loving, if not too bright, little cat.
