We have photos of my mum's cats in France eating in a similar synchonised fashion from what look like identical bowls to these cats. The mummy cat adopted my parents and produced three litters, before my parents decided to formally home them and neuter boys and girls alike.

My favourite pic that is one of the black moggie, Peppy, sat behind four of these feeding bowls which dad captioned: je voudrai voir la carte, s'il vous plait (using Google as a translator!!) Sadly my dad and Peppy both died unexpectedly this year - but photos are a great reminder of them both.

    Thanks for your image.

  4. We would too Nunyaa but four's enough for a small house!

I will be doing a post on the village's famous son soon. Tom Crean's life was a Boy's Own story. Another life less ordinary!

Ah Heather you have a lovely memory of your father and peppy

Did they require reservations, is it always family seating?

The markings declare the family ties, even with the tabby.

Would that I could get my cats to stay with their own bowl and not see if the identical food in someone else's doesn't taste better.
