Photo Hunt - Road
The theme for this week's Photo Hunt is road. I don't have many good road photos so here is a picture of Comeenatrush waterfall and a small section of road that leads towards it
How many diggers did you see on your holiday? A very familiar sight here in Donegal. We even had three working together on the wee site just across our road here. Going to some lengths to make the falls accessable.
Quite a lot Aileni! The road was already there or rather a track, The track petered out at some ffarms and you have to go through fields to get to it. Still it is a beautiful sight with a lough beneath it
That's a lovely waterfall and view in general. The fact that the road and the truck is so small just adds to the sense of grandeur of the mountain. Great shot!
Wow --- When traveling through Scotland this past summer we saw falls like that (probably smaller) in the distance. Beautiful scenery! I want to go back!!!! :)
One day I will make it to Ireland the homeland of my mother in County Cork....but for now I will enjoy your photo of the waterfall and road leading to such beauty...
Wow, what an incredible waterfall! Looks like they were still building the road? Nice take on the theme - happy weekend!
