The title of this blog comes from a Gaelic expression -"putting on the poor mouth"-which means to exaggerate the direness of one's situation in order to gain time or favour from creditors.

A Happy Cthulhu-filled Christmas to everyone
This is where I sign out for for a few days... Back after Christmas
LOL This reminds me of when my daughter and her friends at college got angry with the pushiness of the kids in the Campus Crusade for Christ and formed the Campus Crusade for Cthulu. They put up posters all over and had a great time. I cracked up.
Dear Jams, I've come across your blog as you're going on holidays, and I just want to say that I like it. And I'm wondering how great Chthulu is going to fit his massive gelatinous bulk down my chimney to deliver a sanity-blasting present... All hail the Elder Gods! And have a good Xmas!
