The title of this blog comes from a Gaelic expression -"putting on the poor mouth"-which means to exaggerate the direness of one's situation in order to gain time or favour from creditors.

WW - a large skinny cat
A sculpture in the turbine room of the Tate Modern, London. This week's entry for the Tuesday and Wednesday editions of Wordless Wednesday
Cool - it reminds me of the Ben Stiller movie where a dinosaur fossil comes to life by nightfall, along with the other figures on display inside a museum *lol*
this is one cat i wouldn't like to cuddle!... but from this angle, it seems to have a heart-shaped nose tip:)... maybe it has a sweet side, after all :)...
Really interesting how you captured the head in such startling detail! I think the use of B & W makes it even more stark and frightening. Really great capture!
Intimidating!!

Great skeleton! Please, don't give it food. It might re-animate. I don't want it to jump over the water and move to Toronto. I'm not a brave person...
ReplyDeleteAt first I thought I was looking at the skeleton of an insect, seriously macro'd!. A large, skinny cat you say...lol Happy WW! :)
