  1. And a very entertaining one to you too. Don't imbibe too much now. I know what you Celts are like. I'm a 64th Irish. That's where I blame my own drinking on!!

What am I saying I'm also half Australian. A far more likely "reason"... ha ha ha!

O why do I have to be so literalistic and honest. Yes my family is half Aussie, but they're £10 pom-type Aussies, so I can't even say I have Australian blood. How disappointing is that. So genetically I'm just the type of Englander who likes drinking and so gravitates Down Under. That would be the truth!!

PS did you know I was nearly born in Adelaide. In a way I'm glad to be in London, bc if I were an Aussie I know I'd want to be in London anyhow. I love great metropolises and none is greater than the Centre of the Universe, yes London Town Itself!!

    "A 64th Irish"?! Now that's what I call a tenuous link.

After all, my own genes are more than 90% identical to chimpanzee, apparently :)

  8. Happy Christmas, jams! It's mighty quiet around here with Stella in North Carolina visiting her family; you'll have to make do with best wishes from me and the kitties, Esther and Pester, um, I mean, Esther and Lily. Have a great day!
