The title of this blog comes from a Gaelic expression -"putting on the poor mouth"-which means to exaggerate the direness of one's situation in order to gain time or favour from creditors.

Photo Hunt - Standing
The theme for the week's Photo Hunt is standing. This is a standing stone, part of the Knocknakilla stone circle in County Cork, Ireland
I like the black and white approach on the photo. Good balance in the composition also with the diagonal. I like some of your recent photos also. Very atmospheric.
