The title of this blog comes from a Gaelic expression -"putting on the poor mouth"-which means to exaggerate the direness of one's situation in order to gain time or favour from creditors.
I can't see these videos on my phone. I like The Kinks. By the way, I recently watched a dvd about Lemmy from Motorhead which made me think of you when I discovered he used to be in Hawkwind. Though I'm not a fan it was interesting except for his Nazi memorabilia which I find truly revolting.

Great band. I got to see them in 1984 at the Hammersmith Palais. Excellent live.
