The title of this blog comes from a Gaelic expression -"putting on the poor mouth"-which means to exaggerate the direness of one's situation in order to gain time or favour from creditors.

Goodnight Oslo
The title track of Robyn's latest album and easily the best song on it. Sadly it is one of his poorest albums. A big disappointment and a big comedown from Ole Tarantula which was one of his best ever
Yeah, sorry, this song sounds like a throwback to those feeble 3-chords-and-"meaningful"-"poetic"-lyrics songs of the one-hit wonders. Sad, really, in my humble opinion.
But then again, I've never made my living as a musician, so what I think means nothing...
