The title of this blog comes from a Gaelic expression -"putting on the poor mouth"-which means to exaggerate the direness of one's situation in order to gain time or favour from creditors.
So that's what it looks like! I use an extract from valerian root (I believe) which is good as a muscle relaxant and a sleep aid. I'm not sure if it's specific to one kind of valerian. I'll be looking that up now!
