The title of this blog comes from a Gaelic expression -"putting on the poor mouth"-which means to exaggerate the direness of one's situation in order to gain time or favour from creditors.
Happy BirhdayYour best days lie ahead. If you ever get around to it photos of weeds can be cool. Can the familiar dandelion take over the world.

Happy Birthday [belated]As someone nearly old enough to be your father, it isn't as bad as you may imagine from this time forward. In no time you'll be getting senior discounts, and you get to complain about everything with no one trying to punch you.
Ah Cherie I am procrastination, the thief of time!I am sure that tings will not be bad Bryan. I look forward to blue plate dinners and annoying young whippersnappers!

Syncy Nursie no worries! Thanks for your kind thoughts
Where does time go? Time doesn't exist, only things that inevitable change. Changes always happen, thank goodness. Not always nice changes though, sadly. Happy Birthday young man (belatedly).
And "inevitable" here miraculously changes to "inevitably" :)
Haha thanks Andrew!
