The title of this blog comes from a Gaelic expression -"putting on the poor mouth"-which means to exaggerate the direness of one's situation in order to gain time or favour from creditors.
I do Ren. I loced Ed Wood. It was a wonderful film. Depp took Wood off brilliantly but perhaps the best thing about it was the way he gave Lugosi back some dignity before he died. Landau deserved his oscar for playing Lugosi too

Do you remember Johnny Depp as Ed Wood, having coffee with Orson Welles, comparing his movies with Welles's, without any sense of irony.
