The Mail reports that a young mother has discovered a simularum that is quite appropriate given that it is the Queen's diamond jubilee year.
Laura Robertson, 18, spotted a watermark in the shape of the queen's head while drying her dirty dishes. 'I turned to do the drying-up and noticed a mark on the bottom of one of the glasses. As I went to re-wash it, I noticed that it was a familiar shape. I almost dropped the glass when I suddenly saw the Queen's face in it.
With the Queen's Diamond Jubilee in June, Laura intends to put the piece of royal memorabilia on display at her home in King's Lynn, Norfolk.
'People have offered me money for it but there's no way I am going to sell it.'

Wow!
Time to stop using rinse agent in the dishwasher...
Clearly it was by appointment to her majesty!
You'll never lose your touch, Jams!
Haha Thanks Claude!
Now I wonder if the Queen will approve!!
I'm sure she will!
The only comment I can think to make about this post is here :-)
And a wonderfully patriotic song too!
Unfortunatly the queen doesn't approve :(
She probably painted it on herself using leftover dishwater.
Ah well,Anonymous!
Surely it is a portent that the Queen rules by divine, right Susan!
I didn't paint it on my self don't have enough time to be doing that :D
I'm sure it hapened spontaneously. Simulacra happen like that
Ouch! Just prepared one for tomorrow.
Looks like the owner doesn't' have a dishwasher.
And just as well too given that it is clearly there by divine right!
