Robyn Hitchcock - Madonna of the Wasps
Recorded on a David Letterman Show appearance. This is one of my favourite Robyn songs. It is a pity there is no footage of him performing Airscape, the song that would be my desert island disc.
I am very much looking forward to see him play a Medecins sans Frontieres benefit on Saturday.

I'm just checking in before heading off to my other job, but I love "Madonna Of The Wasps." Of course, I first heard it here from you, jams. I just pray that Madonna herself never tries to gussy it up and make a remixed dance track cover of it.
Oh heaven forfend ewbl.. I can see it now. it would be Madonna in a wasp!
