Oi! It's still Tuesday!

Amazing colours, are they enhanced at all?

They always fly away if I get within range, did you put glue on the string? ;-)

Yousers! Look at the huge RED eye! It is simply amazing when doing macro photography the things we see!

Thanks all. Chris, the photos was taken with with the "very vivid" colour seting which boosted the colour. I did adjust contrast and brightness a little too.

Incredibly detailed! I can't wait until I get a better camera. What kind do you use? (I know that the quality of the photo also depends on the skill of the photographer - but I'm hoping that a better camera can help even someone like me! LOL)

fantastic captured! thumbs up!

Creepy!! Happy WW :)

So clear! What kind of camera do you use?

jams o donnell said...

Mama Pajama, the key things about any camera are accurate metering and good quality optics. A lot of functions that come with cameras are a waste of time. A good entry level Digital SLR like a Nikon D40 would be a great camera to have.

Shrijnana, I use a Nikon D200. THe photos was taken with a macro lens and a ring flash

You know ...flies are some ugly creatures. I could never watch the horror movie, The Fly because I truly think that flies are some ugly creatures.

...but, it does make for a great WW photo! Thanx for visiting my WW photos today.

I was a little worried when I read you were taking pictures of your fly, jams...... I was like, "What is The Poor Mouth resorting to for higher ratings??!!?"

Great picture! Glad the fly is up;not down.

Look its Vincent Price reincarnated.

The fine hairs like projections enable flies to climb walls and hang upside down.
