The title of this blog comes from a Gaelic expression -"putting on the poor mouth"-which means to exaggerate the direness of one's situation in order to gain time or favour from creditors.
great minds think alike hehe my entry for the week is in the same league as yours- homes of art which are artworks themselves =]have a good one!
Love this photo! What a great looking curved place. I'd love to visit that museum. I love the photo of Ted and the dangerous animals too. :)Happy weekend!
One of my favourite museums, great choice :-)
Like Cherry Pie, the Musee d'Orsay is one of my favorite museums -- in my case, for its building as well as its collection! :)
I recognized that place at once, without even reading. It is a wonderful museum for its contents as well as its building.
Why "Phiti" Hunt? Was that a typo? If so, it's a funny sounding one! :-)
It looks beautiful!! wonderfully curved for the theme...Enjoy your weekend. My curved
I have always wanted to go to this museum. It hadn't been turned into a museum when I was there and I saw many of the artworks at the Jeu de Paume.
Very impressive architecture.I enjoy the humour of your self-description.
So many cool curves in an amazing museum. Loved my visit there many moons ago. Great photo and choice for the theme this week.
Spectacular building! But, uh, what happens when a boy accidentally hits a home run in the vacant lot next door? Or if there's a hailstorm? My Curved photos are up. I hope you get some time to visit me! Have a wonderful weekend. Mrs. MecomberNew York Traveler.net
great photo. I'll have to visit that museum one day.
Wonderful photo for the theme!
Absolutely one of my favorite museums -- thank you for sharing such a beautiful shot!
I love that place. I haven't been for a few years so it's time I went again. Fortunately I didn't decide on this week because they've been on strike, along with various other museums and national monuments. Sad for the people who made the trip.
What an elegant shot. A good combination of silver and brown, too.
What beautiful curves. Great choice for the curved theme. Happy Weekend!
This is such an attractive building - so much detail!
This fits the theme so perfectly. Very nicely done. I really enjoy seeing so many varieties on this theme. Great job!
