The title of this blog comes from a Gaelic expression -"putting on the poor mouth"-which means to exaggerate the direness of one's situation in order to gain time or favour from creditors.
Henri looks to my eye as if she is upright, facing an easel but looking away from it at something that caught her attention. I LOVE this cat. She is so well named, among other things, but I did at first think Henri was a "he". :-)
SHe's a delightful litle kitten Bryan but like other kitties she has the attention span of a flea. All I did was distract her from some quality curtain attacking!

Jams, you have enough of your own.
He's very photogenic
Haha it really does look like that eh Sphinx. She looks errudite but was easily distracted as large kittens invariably are
Never too many cats James!
She really is Nursie
She is a real sweetie
I'm sure why, perhaps the markings, or the posture, but this strikes me as a very laid back, easy going cat.
Of course, the pictures may have been taken during a "it couldn't possibly have been my fault that all those things were destroyed" phase.
