Gulf News reports that a Saudi woman was beheaded on Monday after being convicted of practising sorcery. Amina Bint Abdulhalim Nassar was executed in the northern province of Jawf for "practising witchcraft and sorcery," the ministry said in a statement carried by SPA state news agency.
Amina;s execution took to 73 the number of executions in Saudi Arabia this year.

Rape, murder, apostasy, armed robbery and drug trafficking are all punishable by death under Saudi Arabia's strict interpretation of Islamic sharia law.

I don;t know what constitutes sorcery in the twisted mind of the men who rule Saudi Arabia . The BBC reports on  a quote from a member of the religious police which describes Amina as being in her 60s and had tricked people into giving her money, claiming that she could cure their illnesses.

Hmm it sounds as if Amina may have been a charlatan and a trickster but that does not warrant her murder by the state. `But then Saudi Arabia is run by a bunch of evil, misogynistic vermin .

Hungarian Nazis are not welcome here

Today’s Times reports that the Hungarian neo-Nazi and anti-Semitic rabble Jobbik is setting up a branch in London. The nationalist party, which has its own uniformed paramilitary wing, will stoke fears about the extending reach of the far Right into Britain.

Jobbik will become the first European party to try to gain a significant foothold in Britain on Sunday when it holds the first meeting of the British Jobbik Society. The party already has links with the BNP and is part of the extreme right European Parliament grouping, the European alliance.

Jobbik’s meeting will be held in Kentish Town, North London. The party website said that its aim was to ensure that Hungarians living in Great Britain “understand and support the national values and the programme of Jobbik”.

Jobbik has been accused of provoking racial tensions in Hungary, and during this year’s European elections the party blamed the country’s Romany population for the decline in Hungarian living standards.

Jobbik is one letter away from jobbie* which is an apt description of this racist rabble. This bunch of scumbags can piss off back to Hungary. They are certainly not welcome here

*For those unaware of Scottish slang, a jobbie is a turd, which is about their level.

What a protest vote for the BNP will get you

Nick Griffin may have been trying to improve the image of the BNP, but (unsurprisingly) he might as well try to polish a turd given the pond life rabble that the party attracts. Yesterday’s Observer ran an article highlighting some of the “wit and wisdom” of key BMP members:

Salford-based BNP Euro election candidate Eddy O’Sullivan set his Facebook status to read "Wogs go home". O'Sullivan wrote: "They are nice people - oh yeah - but can they not be nice people in the fucking Congo or... bongo land or whatever?" O'Sullivan denied that the comments were racist and insisted they were made in private conversations between individuals. "I also may have had a drink at the time," he added (definitely a case of in vino veritas, methinks)

Anti-fascist organisation Searchlight has spent months infiltrating the far right's network of websites and chatrooms and found that many BNP activists share O'Sullivan's views.:

Jeffrey Marshall is senior organiser for the BNP's London European election campaign. Following the death of David Cameron's disabled son Ivan, Marshall claimed in an internet forum discussion: "We live in a country today which is unhealthily dominated by an excess of sentimentality towards the weak and unproductive. No good will come of it." Later, Marshall is alleged to have written: "There is not a great deal of point in keeping these people alive after all." Marshall claims that the comments were private and some had been paraphrased and taken out of context (Hmmm)

• Garry Aronsson, Griffin's running mate for the European parliament in the North West, posts an avatar on his personal web page featuring a Nazi SS death's head alongside the statement, "Speak English Or Die!" He lists his hobbies as "devising slow and terrible ways of paying back the Guardian-reading cunts who have betrayed the British people into poverty and slavery. I AM NOT JOKING."

• Barry Bennett, MEP candidate for the South West, posted several years ago under a pseudonym in a white supremacist forum the bizarre statement that "David Beckham is not white, he's a black man." Bennett, who is half-Jewish, added: "I know perfectly respectable half-Jews in the BNP... even Hitler had honorary Aryans who were of Jewish descent... so whatever's good enough for Hitler's good enough for me. God rest his soul." (being half Jewish would not have just got you half-killed under the Reich...)

• Dave Strickson, a BNP organiser who helps run its eastern region European election campaign, carried on his personal "Thurrock Patriots" blog a recent report of the fatal stabbing of a teenager in east London beneath the words "Another teen stabbed in Coon Town".

When confronted in the past about the extreme views of some of its members, the BNP senior hierarchy has often tried to dismiss them as unrepresentative of the party's core membership. But it appears that they run right to the top of the party. Lee Barnes, the BNP's senior legal officer and one of Griffin's closest allies, has posted a video on his personal blog of a black suspect being beaten by police officers in the US and describes it as "brilliant". Barnes adds: "The beating of Rodney King still makes me laugh." Barnes told the Observer his comments were "nothing to do with colour" but were merely a reflection of his belief that the police should have more powers to punish perpetrators of crime by "giving them a good thrashing". (I wonder if he would enjoy it as much if the victim had been white...)

Simon Darby, Griffin's deputy and the BNP's spokesman, accused Searchlight of "distorting the BNP's message". "When you put it in the context of what's been happening at Westminster, a few scribblings on Facebook hardly seems something to get worried about," he said

What can I add except to say that they have been damned by their own words. The prospect of one of these scumbags getting elected horrifies me. It is one thing to protest against the mainstream parties, especially in the light of recent revelations, but I hope people are not so bloody stupid as to cast their votes for this rabble.

Words fail me. We are all too often reminded that our justice system has serious flaws (Barry George and Stefan Kiszko spring immediately to mind) but we would never see a sentence like this in the UK. A judge in Saudi Arabia has ordered a victim of gang rape to receive 200 lashes for being alone with a man who was not a relative after she appealed against the lenient sentences given to the men who attacked her. He also jailed her for six months.


The 21-year-old woman, who was 19 at the time of the attack and is known by the Saudi media as "the girl from Qatif", was raped 14 times by a gang of seven. Although her attackers were found guilty and sentenced to between 10 months and five years last year, she was simultaneously sentenced to 90 lashes as punishment for riding in a car with a man who was not a relative. By appealing against this decision, the judge ruled on Wednesday, she was attempting to "aggravate and influence the judiciary through the media".


At the appeal, the rapists' sentences were increased to between two and nine years. "Some Saudis agree with her being lashed for being with a male that wasn't a relative," said Rasheed Abou-Alsamh, international news editor at Jeddah-based Arab News, "but most feel that doubling her punishment on appeal was unfair. Among many level-headed Saudis, the consensus is: 'Come on, she's been raped multiple times. Hasn't she suffered enough?'"


Amnesty International condemned the sentence. "Human rights activists and lawyers worldwide have expressed shock and sympathy," said Lamri Chirouf, a researcher for Amnesty who specialises in the region. "There is still opportunity to appeal, and so we are mounting a campaign that we will address to the king. [The Saudi courts] have got the priorities completely wrong. They have to protect the victims, not punish them."


The victim's lawyer, a prominent human rights defender, Abdul Rahman al-Lahem, was suspended from the case as a result of the appeal and his licence, granted to Saudi lawyers by the ministry of justice, has been revoked. "I explained to them that it was my job to do everything legal in order to serve my client. But they did not listen," he told Arab News. Lahem is known in Saudi Arabia for his work defending women's rights. He has taken on some of the country's most controversial and sensitive cases, often making the headlines.


Last year he defended a woman whose brothers forced her to divorce her husband after they accused him of lying about his tribal affiliation. This month he was due to represent a 50-year-old woman and her daughter who claim two undercover officials commandeered their car and drove them recklessly through Riyadh after accusing them of not conforming to customs of decency.


Lahem told Reuters: "The court blamed the girl for being alone with unrelated men, but it should have taken the humane view that it cannot be considered her fault." Lahem's critics have called him an infidel and "lawyer of homosexuals". In the past he has been jailed and banned from travelling abroad. He will appear before a disciplinary committee at the ministry of justice on December 5, charged with criticising the judiciary and conducting activist campaigns in the media.


Words fail me. I remember in the 80s being outraged a judge who accused a rape victim of contributory negligence for wearing a mini skirt (I do hope that God is a woman and is giving him a suitable punishment for such a statement). The sentence handed down to this Saudi woman is an affront to humanity. It is further proof that it is a nation run by misogynistic scum. Sadly there is no chance of regime change in that pariah state (or at least it should be) not when Gordon Brown sucks up to the king and talks about “shared values”. A boot in the King’s testicles would have been a more appropriate gesture

David Irving: anti-semite and Holocaust denier

The Guardian reports that Irving is back in the UK. A stint in an Austrian prison does not seem to have softened him. He is still a piece of anti-semitic shit.

Irving who was described by a high court judge as a Holocaust denier and a racist, says he is launching a comeback with a speaking tour of British cities and a series of new books. "I have kept a low profile for several months because I have had to sort out where to live and to address my financial situation. But now I am ready to start again."

In 2005 Irving was sentenced to three years in jail in Austria after a judge ruled that two speeches he made in 1989, dismissing the Auschwitz gas chambers as a "fairy tale" and questioning the existence of extermination camps, breached Austrian law. His appeal was upheld, with the judge saying the crimes were a long time ago and that Mr Irving had undergone an "impeccable conversion" (???????????????????????????????????????????) . However, Irving says that his views on the Holocaust have crystallised rather than changed. He says that he believes the Jews were responsible for what happened to them during the second world war and that the "Jewish problem" was responsible for nearly all the wars of the past 100 years: "The Jews are the architects of their own misfortune, but that is the short version A-Z. Between A-Z there are then 24 other characters in intervening steps." (My emphasis to underline what a piece of slime this man is)

Lord Foulkes, of the Labour Friends of Israel, said: "It is a frightening thought that he is still pursuing his agenda." Jon Benjamin, chief executive of the Board of Deputies, said Mr Irving no longer had any legitimate claim to be a serious historian.

Irving still insists he is a respected academic. (HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!) He says that a document, which he is 80% sure is genuine, suggests that 2.4 million Jews were killed in Poland, but goes on to claim that the gas chamber at Auschwitz was fake. "It was not the centre of the killing operations - it has only become a focus because it is the site that is best preserved. Much of what is shown the tourists there is faked postwar - watchtowers, even the famous gas chamber."

"In my opinion now the real killing operations took place at the Reinhardt camps west of the Bug river. In the three camps here [Sobibor, Belzec, and Treblinka] Heinrich Himmler's men (mostly Ukrainian mercenaries) killed possibly as many as 2.4 million in the two years up to October 1943. Asked if he now accepts there had been a Holocaust against the Jewish people he said he was "not going to use their trade name". He added: "I do accept that the Nazis quite definitely, that Heinrich Himmler, organised and directed a programme, a clandestine programme, for the liquidation of European Jews ... and that in 1942-43 alone over 2.5 million Jews were killed in those three camps." He added that Hitler was "completely in the dark" about the programme.

Oh please. So what about Wannsee? Was that a fake too? Does he really believe that Hitler was utterly unaware of the Holocaust (unlike that vermin Irving I will use the word). Is he calling the survivors of Auschwitz liars? It is clear that Irving has not changed. He was a lying piece of shit who got his just desserts when he went up against Deborah Lipstadt and failed. Given that I have been posting quite a lot on free speech recently I would not suggest that his views be suppressed. Irving has a right to say what he says, even if it is utter bullshit. I, on the other hand, have the right to call him a liar and an evil bastard
