The title of this blog comes from a Gaelic expression -"putting on the poor mouth"-which means to exaggerate the direness of one's situation in order to gain time or favour from creditors.

And does Boris fear that Izzy may one day fall for the charms of this young upstart? (Will be fun when Izzy's lovely keeper first sees him poking his head through the flap:)

Like most Tuxedo cats they are kings of their imaginations. Now use those thumbs to do something useful like opening cat food.
