The title of this blog comes from a Gaelic expression -"putting on the poor mouth"-which means to exaggerate the direness of one's situation in order to gain time or favour from creditors.
That made me want to poke out one eye just so I could wear an official Pirate approved eye patch.I own Jimmy Buffet's Greatest Hits CD,and I've watched "The Pirates Of Penzance" twice, so I'm well on my way to piratehood.....Yar!
