The title of this blog comes from a Gaelic expression -"putting on the poor mouth"-which means to exaggerate the direness of one's situation in order to gain time or favour from creditors.
I am continually amazed that Mimi likes to sleep on the bare floor in probably cold weather. I know that's why cats have fur coats, but Stella's cats are such weather wimps... open the patio door for them, and if it's lower than about 45°F, they refuse to exit the apartment. Even indoors, they seek out the warmest patch of sunlight on the carpeted floor.
I agree with Bryan... B&W is the way to go for a cat of Mimi's color.

She certainly has a victorian air but I like to think she's a bit like a stret urchin!
Ah she knows how to relax Bryan. I like black and white. It's good for her and also Ted. Robyn and Bebe look better in colour of course
