The title of this blog comes from a Gaelic expression -"putting on the poor mouth"-which means to exaggerate the direness of one's situation in order to gain time or favour from creditors.
I see the three-ness in those perfect spring blossoms. Happy Spring Equinox! And LOL at Boris below...makes me want to go take one more long winter's nap.
this is my first time visiting this new photohunt site, i love your interpretation and i’m inpired to join also, i enjoyed your take of the weekly challenge and seeing your flower blooms in three.
aaa the spring is the in the air... I feel light headed already due to the sun and the warmth... No blooms yet around me but I know they are coming... :)
I love looking at the symmetry of the threes in these photos. I missed the snowdrops this year in my garden. It was nice seeing a photo of them in your post this week.
flowers have been a lot of PhotoHunters' favorites for the week... couldn't find flowers in this urban, concrete jungle i live in... even gardens for me now are virtual and online!

Is it spring for sure now over in your part of the world too, jams? In any case, really that flower in your second pic is stunning. :)
WOW, love the triads of spring.
My Three is here: http://www.slowtrav.com/blog/eden/
Very lovely. We are heading into winter, which is surprisingly like spring in the UK.
A very clever find! Especially love the colour of the iris!
Lovely!
We have a few Crocuses out already and an Iris is sending up shoots!
Wonderful and creative pick for the theme this week. Lucky you - I only have spring flowers in the green house.
great shots! especially loike the 1st one. :)
I love the blue one! i have a soft spot for blue flowers! pretty...
Snowdrops are probably my favourite flowers, partly because of their appearance but also because they are about the fist signs of life after winter.
Thanks for your visit earlier, and I hope your weekend is going well!
Absolute threelling, Jams.
[And so is the word verification: magicaul.

Very pretty flowers. I really do like the first picture.
I really like the shape of the three-petaled flowers, especially the lower. Triangles are quite powerful
That Iris is a wonderful photo, well not only the iris. Such a stunning little flower although I wished they lasted longer.
Happy weekend to you Jams.
If you'd had one more picture, you'd have had a trio of threes.
Beautiful spring flowers and perfect for the theme.
Thanks for dropping by my blog and I hope I see you again soon.

THat was an existential comment on my behalf! Glad you like them
Cool flowers! Very creative post :)

I love the colours in the bottom photo, so vivid!
