WW - Geranium versicolor

Another view of one of my favourite plants from our garden. I can't wait for it to be in bloom again. This week's entry for the Tuesday and Wednesday editions of Wordless Wednesday.

Addendum: This is a species geranium (as opposed to a zonal pelargonium which are commonly and erroneously called geraniums). The common name for G. versicolor is the pencilled Cranesbill. It is native to southern Europe

Now that is delightful. The Jasmine is in full swing here. [someone is complaining of the 'stink!] Thanks for your comment on my give away post. At the end of the month I'll go back to all the comments, line them up and then stick a pin in the screen to pick the winner :)
Cheers

Love the 'veins' on the petals! It's going to be a rare find in Singapore.

Hope your leg is recovering well!

Very interesting how the veins are outlined. A good example of the vascular system of plants, and it's really pretty.
