Mimi gets cheese
Mimi about to sink her teeth into a nice lump of cheese. If I'm lucky she will miss my fingers
It would appear that no matter what else Mimi may be short of, she manages to make up for in the "fang" department. Of course, a calcium rich diet of dairy products certainly helps.
If you put a cheese sauce on it, most cats will eat an old boot, but they are attracted to the milk fat, so forget the diet stuff or the pseudo-cheese products most buy in supermarkets.
Like humans, some cats lack the ability to process dairy products other than their mom's milk, but you will find out quickly and definitively - in your litter box, hopefully.

I have said this before, but I have never seen a cat eat cheese! Mice eat cheese, and cats eat mice! LOL
