Satan Cat
A neighbour's cat. Not only does he poke his tongue out he swears at me too... Someone deserves an ASBO

I think you've named him aptly.
It could be time for Ted to have a friendly word with him. Perhaps an offer to have him "tutored", or a similar sounding procedure.
