The title of this blog comes from a Gaelic expression -"putting on the poor mouth"-which means to exaggerate the direness of one's situation in order to gain time or favour from creditors.

I doubt Robyn is unhappy to be awakened to be fed. Somehow, you need to convey to him the connection between the free feed and the occasional photo...(Great picture, jams!)
Well, I'm not exactly a bundle of joy in the time immediately after being woken.You will never recapture that dream.
