The title of this blog comes from a Gaelic expression -"putting on the poor mouth"-which means to exaggerate the direness of one's situation in order to gain time or favour from creditors.
Contemporary art sculpture? Reminds of Louise Bourgeous' eyeball sculptures...I am a huge fan of her work.
Piercing look! You're being watched...I wonder why?
It's not malevolant!
Ah it is just the bark of a black poplar Sphinx. But it could be high art too!Nature keeps an eye on we humans and not always with disgust or malice aforethought Claude!
Gee, I don't want to meet the owner of these two. Not it a poorly lighted corner, at least.
Just as well it;s an easily pissed off tree!
That reminds me of the way to enter the womping willow in Harry Potter ;-)
Ah you have me there Cherie
