The title of this blog comes from a Gaelic expression -"putting on the poor mouth"-which means to exaggerate the direness of one's situation in order to gain time or favour from creditors.
Flowing armpit hair?
Well he does wash them in Timotei!
which does not surprise me...
Well he does have standards!
What does the seemingly shy and elusive Nephew No. 2 use?
He beats the dirt out of his armpits with a hammer
Ha ha. Wonderful. I thought it might be something like that, but not quite so extreme. Nice to hear that at least he makes the effort though.
He is one hard mutha!
It would be a nice contrast to have a series of photo-shoots of Nephew No. 2 mercilessly ripping the heads off tulips, pummelling flies with his hammer, wiping his nose with a rough and torn jacket sleeve and advancing towards the camera with a deeply menacing air. Dare you ask?
There's a good chance that I would have photos of my colon if I asked him!
Ah well. probably best not to then. Wish I hadn't mentioned it really.
I am doing other nephew a disservice. He is quite photogenic and a gentle soul
Was this a 'true' sunlight, or did you create it? It has a very nice effect on your nephew's beautiful hair.
It's real sunlight Claude. I am envious of his long flowing locks. At his age I couldn't grow m hair that long. Now it;s grey and falling out
I love the effect of the light.Your nephew is showing attitude ;-)
Thanks Cherie, he is an excellent subject
You keep tormenting me with Mr. Sexy!! He belongs on the cover of a Harlequin Romance, for God's sake.I'm getting the vapours... I think I need to go lie down on the settee!
Haha Knatolee I am sure he will appreciate that
And what wonderfully thick hair it is. This is my favourite of your nephew so far.
Thanks SE I'm very pleased with it too
