When I got annoyed at Double and Trouble for chewing my new Easter straw bonnet, they cuddled together on the sofa, and (I'm not lying) they fell asleep during my speech and fingerwaving.

That is such typical cat behavior [some would say male behavior] to make a mess and then expect someone else to clean it up.
Well, Boris is at least fluffy and handsome.
