I know they are old chestnuts that have done the rounds but they are still amusing. To be honest I didn't do that much better at maths at school. When it came to algebra I was lost.
As for calculus....

I had to look at the first one twice. The first time I saw it simply as alegbra and something in my brain switched off. Then I told myself it must be simpler than that - and it was. Very good!
The algebra one is hilarious eh? The calculus one reflects my view towards that aspect of maths. I just could not get my head around it at all
Well I hope they got some marks for inventiveness or something. I had to click on the second one before I saw the little hanging man.
I was good at algebra and calculus and trig and geometry but it's so long ago I've forgotten most of it.
Agreed, I hope they did get marks! I managed to avoid heavy maths at degree level, mercifully. I never had a problem with stats though
No Cool Story posted the first one and it amused me to no end. I aced Geometry in school but I struggled with freshman algebra.....twice.
Luckily I had very little maths at university. It mainly centred on stats whic I could do. The really maths intensive area (physical chemistry) was carried by other areas mercifully!
