Wordless Wednesday - Swan




This week's Wordless Wednesday is a swan photographed earlier this year at Langtons in Hornchurch. It's good weather for ducks here today.. a bit more rain and it wil be good for this one too!

Lovely swan - thankfully no geese as they hate me! The last time I was at Langtons there was a huge thunderstorm and the only place to shelter was under the trees :-o

That is just lovely. Swans are so beautiful. That picture has an almost "Oriental" feel to it with the trees and colors.

I guess the rain waited for us to leave! We were in Scotland the last two weeks of September with very nice weather. The ducks and swans were hurting.

I enjoy the way the swan's head is slightly tilted. She looks curious and interested in something there.
